We guarantee that your trailer will be as ordered and will be completed in a timely manner. If your trailer is not built according to your approved order, we will either refund your deposit or re-order at your request.
 
Shipping
At Tried and True Trailers, we can arrange to ship your trailer directly to you (F.O.B. Douglas, Ga.) or you can pick the trailer up at the factory, which will save you freight charges. All trailer pricing is excluding freight charges. Please call for freight quotes. Tried and True Trailers will not be responsible for any freight damage incurred while shipping to the customer.

Terms of Payment
Tried and True Trailers will only order a trailer after a 20% deposit has been received. Remaining payment will be made at the time of trailer pick-up. Tried and True Trailers accepts MasterCard™, Visa™, American Express™, certified checks, and cash.
 
Cancellation of Order
Any trailer order cancelled after production has started, will be required to pay 100% of the original price. If cancellation is made prior to start of production, no other payments besides the original deposit will be required.
 
Returns
In the event a trailer is received incorrect from the approved order, you must notify Tried and True Trailers immediately by phone. Failure to phone immediately may result in loss of refund.
